1. Acceptance and eligible use
By using SN CONNECT, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are authorised to act for the account or company you represent. Information submitted through the platform must be accurate, current and lawful.
2. Role of SN CONNECT in commercial transactions
SN CONNECT provides the digital environment and workflow used to organise purchase requests, match relevant suppliers, receive and compare quotations, review workflow stages and facilitate communication.
SN CONNECT is not automatically a seller or buyer of listed products and does not become a party to the final sale or purchase contract merely because the platform facilitated the connection.
3. Buyer and supplier responsibilities
- The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the purchase request.
- The supplier is responsible for the accuracy, validity and authority behind its quotation.
- Both parties must review commercial suitability, specifications, quantities, prices, payment and delivery terms, taxes, invoices, contracts, warranties, conformity and applicable legal obligations.
4. Review and contact approval
SN CONNECT review or contact approval means the workflow has reached the platform-defined stage for releasing communication details. It does not by itself guarantee supplier performance, buyer payment, product conformity, or execution of the final agreement, and it is not a financial guarantee, product warranty or legal certification.
5. Conduct and account action
Users must not submit fraudulent, misleading, unlawful or abusive content or attempt to bypass privacy and contact controls. SN CONNECT may restrict or suspend accounts that breach platform rules, subject to the circumstances and applicable requirements.
6. Independent parties
Use of SN CONNECT does not itself create an agency, partnership, employment, or legal representation relationship between SN CONNECT and either party. The final commercial relationship and its execution remain between the buyer and supplier under their agreement.
